Grant and Jenn are moving from D.C after receiving scholarships to study in graduate school at Lund University in Sweden. They are both looking to earn PhDs in their own disciplines.

In addition, Lund University states that approximately a fourth of the students living there are pursuing masters and PhD degrees. Grant and Jenn's situation is therefore common to approximately an eight of the population of the city.
